it's the time of the year again where all major shopping centers would begin the battle for having the best xmas decorations and lights. the shuttler would attempt to capture all of the lights to the best she can. she has some difficulties taking such pictures due to the large scale decorations and her seemingly small statue next to them.

the shuttler has survived yet another battle in her academic year, now that the semestral examinations are over. the shuttler would be roaming around the streets, capturing interesting shots for the next month or so, before she embarks on yet another exciting journey, also known as the clinicals, at the end of the year.

buy 2 cakes for the price of 1. the shuttler was very tempted by this promotion secret recipe was having till the end of this month. she had been trying to resist the temptation of the cakes for the longest time, in her fervent attempt to fit into her clinical pants and look decent in them before the year end clinicals begin.

and there's still her panasonic lumix fx9 digital camera that she had been saving up for, to buy at the end of this year. only then would the shuttler be able to post more often in here.

the shuttler had some trouble falling asleep. she decided to reflect on her life and putting it down into words, with some persuasion from a friend of hers.

i'm the girl who stood by the windows wondering when you would pick me up.
i'm the girl whom all of you doted upon since i was the eldest grandchild.
i'm the girl whom you sent for piano, swimming, abacus, chinese painting, chinese calligraphy and art classes all before i graduated from primary school.
i'm the girl who purposely poked you while you sick, just to make sure you were not vying for attention.

i'm the girl whom played police and thief and doctor-patient all the time with you. and you always let me be the police/doctor.
i'm the girl who you spooked you with all the make believe ghost stories late at night, while we were all snuggled up in our make-believe spaceships.
i'm the girl who would chat with you about almost everything whenever we couldn't get to sleep. our dreams, our goals, conjuring up our future families and promising that we would never turn our back on each other.
